The Committee on Government Organization moved to amend the bill on page 5, section §7-1-3ff, line 50, after the period, by inserting the following sentence:

"Agricultural operation shall mean any facility utilized for agriculture. Agricultural operations do not include solar or windmill farms, unless they are raised to allow for grazing."
